- Defined and implemented the end-to-end server architecture for PSSI's national coach management and e-learning ecosystem, with multi-server instances to guarantee low latency and high availability.
- Designed and built the PSSI E-Budget system, a large-scale financial management platform covering budget planning, activity requests, approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor management, streamlining financial workflows for nationwide operations.
- Spearheaded full-stack development of the coach platform, now used daily by thousands of licensed coaches for registration, course enrollment, progress tracking, and certification.
- Continually maintain and optimize legacy services, refactoring critical code paths.
- Introduced horizontal auto-scaling and read-replica DB routing, reducing DB load and server cost significantly.
